Health and Safety

QHHT® sessions are provided IN PERSON ONLY and are complementary to—not a replacement for—medical or psychological care. You are responsible for assessing your own suitability and seeking medical advice as needed.

Refund & Rescheduling Policy

1) QHHT® In-Person Sessions

• Full refund with 72-hour notice prior to the appointment.
• Cancellations within 24–72 hours may be rescheduled once without penalty.
• Less than 24-hour notice or no-shows are non-refundable.
• After a QHHT® session is completed, no refunds are offered. Each client’s experience is unique and outcomes cannot be guaranteed.

2) Intuitive Life Coaching — Single Sessions

• Full refund with 72-hour notice; rescheduling allowed with at least 24-hour notice.
• No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable and count as a used session.

3) Intuitive Life Coaching — Packages (3–6–12 Month Commitments)

• Nonrefundable once a client signs the agreement and the engagement begins.
• Exceptions may be considered only for life-threatening or emergency circumstances, evaluated in a video call with Patricia Pereira Cook.
• If a refund is granted, it applies only to future months not yet paid. Amounts already paid—including completed months—are non-refundable.
• Packages may require a deposit following the signed coaching contract; remaining balances are due per the agreement.

4) Events & Community Gatherings

• Tickets are non-refundable but transferable to another attendee.
• Each event page will restate this policy for clarity.

5) Practitioner Rescheduling & Force Majeure

As a single mother, Patricia Pereira Cook may need to reschedule due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., child illness or urgent school matters). In such cases:

• Clients will be notified as soon as possible.
• Sessions will be rescheduled at the earliest mutual convenience, and clients will not lose their session or payment.
• If reasonable rescheduling cannot be arranged, a refund may be offered at Patricia Pereira Cook’s discretion.
